How long will your personal data be kept?

WetWave does not store your personal data for longer than is legally permitted, to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods: 

• E-mail messages are usually deleted after 1-6 months, unless these e-mail messages relate to business operations (7 year retention obligation).
• Contact messages are not saved.
• The seller only has access to certain personal data to complete and complete your order.
• The tax authorities require that all administration with your invoice, payment and order details be kept for 7 years.
• Wetwaves stores data used to prevent fraud for as long as legally permitted.

Minors 

Minors are not allowed to use this website.

Sharing data

We will not sell the information we have collected about you to third parties or otherwise disclose it, except as described below. We may in the future provide information we have obtained from you or collected about you using the Website to service providers we have engaged to perform certain services on our behalf, such as hosting or administering this Website or analyzing facts. We will then contractually agree with such service providers that they will maintain appropriate safeguards with regard to the protection of the data they process on our behalf.

We may transfer the information we collect using this website to countries other than the country in which the information was originally collected. We never give access to third parties to repair or apply anything to the WetWave website. We solve this ourselves in collaboration with our hosting provider. We also ensure that your data is protected.

Postal delivery service

The delivery services that handle our services do not know where or what you ordered. They only receive your name, address and email address for sending the track & trace code.

Analytics

The Google Analytics cookie is set in accordance with the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority. The 'data sharing' function has been disabled and the last digits of the IP address have been anonymized. No other Google services are used in combination with the information obtained from Google Analytics.

This statement does not apply to third-party websites that are connected to this website through links.
